These terms govern your use of the Clarifin Advisory website and the engagement of our services. Specific engagements are also governed by a separate engagement letter, which prevails in any conflict.
1. Services
Clarifin Advisory Pte. Ltd. provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax, payroll, advisory and related services as set out in your engagement letter.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely information and records
- Maintain your own software subscriptions where applicable
- Review and approve filings and statements before submission where required
3. Fees
Fees are as agreed in your engagement letter, billed monthly unless stated otherwise, and exclusive of GST where applicable. Website pricing is an indicative starting point confirmed after a discovery call.
4. Software platforms
We work on third-party platforms including Xero, QuickBooks and Tally. You retain ownership of your data and subscriptions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party software.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
